Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, and both beach and pool towels. Please note, there is no air conditioning. Enjoy your own private pool, garden, and a covered terrace. The property is close to the beach, supermarket, shops, bars, and luxury hotels offering entertainment and live music—perfect for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. The private, solar-heated pool works best during consistently sunny weather. Parking is available on the premises. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Water-saving features are installed. Notice October 2026: During this period, work will take place in the garage. One or two workers are expected to be present, usually from around 9:00 a.m. to 3:00/4:00 p.m. Occasionally, the workers may pass by the terrace. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the level of noise in advance. The entire period from October 4th to 31st can be booked as a whole upon request.
